What We Hire For

We primarily hire Field Technicians for on-the-ground collection work and Project Coordinators to manage program operations. Both roles are critical to how we deliver.

Field Role

Field Technician / Fielder

On-the-ground data collection and field verification for fiber infrastructure programs. You'll work with platforms like IKE, Fulcrum, and Katapult to capture pole data, validate addresses, and document cable paths across assigned territories.

  • Utility pole inspection and data collection
  • IKE, Fulcrum, and Katapult platform proficiency
  • Address validation and polygon collection
  • Cable path and F1 sketch documentation
  • Field reporting and QC of collected data

Coordination Role

Project Coordinator

Program-side support keeping fiber deployment projects organized, on schedule, and properly documented. You'll work directly with field teams and client contacts to track deliverables, manage assignments, and maintain program reporting.
